To be his best self at this point in his career melo needs to be surrounded by guys he respects. I.e. Chris and James. The pels have two of the worst leaders in the league in rondo and cousins. Just not good guys at all to have around your franchise. Melo would be a udder disaster there. No one who commands his respect in that whole organization. He would not give a shite.
