McCaffrey not the Heisman frontrunner - just because of 2 losses?

Seems way more integral to Stanford's success than Henry. The Bama O-line should get it before Henry.

The Alabama O-line really isn't as good this season as some people seem to think. May very well be their downfall in the playoffs too though the run blocking has seemed a bit better the past couple of games while pass protection is still a huge issue.

I would guess that Henry has been hit in the backfield as much as every other Alabama running back the past 5 seasons combined.

The Heisman is not supposed to be an MVP award. It is supposed to be the best player in college football.

Bama's OL is 94th in the nation in TFL given up. This is the worst OL Bama has had in a couple of years. Every time a Bama RB has a good game/season it's always becuase of the OL and never becuase of the RB with you guys.
And how in the world is Henry not integral to Bama's success??? He IS Bama's offense. He has scored almost all the TDs for Bama since the Arkansas game. No one fears Coker and his arm, nor should anyone.

SEC Defenses are pretty crappy this year.

Well if we are having a RB discussion than Cook and Fournette deserve it over both of them. It will inevitably go to Henry soley because he is on Alabama's team though.

He has had an incredible year, but he has a total of 11 touchdowns this season. 7 rushing, 3 receiving, and 1 kickoff.

Henry has 22.

Dude, you can at least hide your bias a tad. Fournette has had a great year, and I really like the kid. Cook is also an electrifying player, but don't act like Henry is just a chump.

As far as that goes, Fournette and Henry would both be over 2,000 yards if LSU and Bama played an ACC or Pac12 schedule. Both leagues have been atrocious on defense for the most part, Pac12 more so than ACC this year strangely enough.

There are several incredible players this year at RB. Royce Freeman has had the quietest 1700 yd year I've ever seen from a major conference player.

This season, based on stats, and WHO their best performances came against. I would rank them as follows:

Henry
Fournette
Cook- and only here because of what he did to Clemson and UF. Boston friggin College lit his arse up.
McCaffrey

But there isn't a large gap between Henry, Fournette, or Cook.

McCaffery is the best overall player but Henry may win it. Fournette lost his chance in November.

Because they play in a more difficult conference than the ACC or Pac12?

You disagree?

Because before yesterday's games there were only 2 Pac12 teams in the top 50 in Total Defense.

Stanford at 36th and UCLA at 45th.

I can't wait to see what it looks like this morning.

Why is Watson of Clemson not mentioned? He probably deserves it as much as the others.

Clemson's record without Watson?
Bama and Stanford's record without Henry and McCaffrey?

Henry is a very good RB, but let's be honest. Most years, he wouldn't sniff the Heisman.

I haven't seen enough of McCaffrey to pass judgment on him.

Fournette? LSU's one-dimensional offense sealed his fate. We all know that he's a better player than Henry.
