You can know boxing and still consider that shite an eyesore. And it is.

I wholeheartedly disagree.

The way Mayweather moves around a ring and his speed is jaw dropping and something worth relishing.

If people can't appreciate what makes him great in the ring that's fine, but it doesn't make him or a fight shitty. It's the viewers fault for going in expecting a heavyweight bout.

I know how Boxing works, and it still doesn't change my opinion that every Maywheather fight I've ever watched has been boring as frick.

McGregor and Mayweather are both laughing to the bank. Floyd already has more money than he can spend not sure why he's doing this

It absolutely makes a fight shitty. These are supposed to be some of the best trained fighters on the planet. So people want to see them actually fight and not see a decision where both fighters are unscathed. The so said "boxer purist" might love watching a guy dance around and point fight, but fans want to see guys actually fight. I can't stand boxing letting fighters get back to their perfect safe distance by clinching with the other fighter.

frick both these clowns. I'll only watch it if they change it to a MMA fight. After watching the overly-anticipated Maywheather/Pacquiao fight, I'll never watch another one of Mayweathers shitty, who can tap who-the most, fights. If this boxing match happens, it'll be another overly-anticipated boring poke-fest.

It would be interesting if they were allowed to kick box, as well as punch. Seems fair to me. Floyd is the better punching boxer, while Connor is the better kicking boxer.

Lets see whose strength/style wins. We can all hope that Connor gets frustrated and throws in a roundhouse kick knocking Floyd's arse out. Then maybe Money will actually retire and never be heard from again. We can only hope.

If it's kickboxing Floyd gets destroyed. It would be whole different range/angles, and Floyd wouldn't be used to having to defend his entire body.

I'll save the money and make a tape of the first Don Flamenco in Tyson's Punchout. Basically the same as a Mayweather fight if you don't throw a punch to get him started.

If you consider fighting someone when you're both on the ground.. "dry humping", then it's not even worth my argument... but MMA involves boxing and ground game, and MMA is more realistic as compared to boxing if equivalent to a street fight.

Boxing is the king of bro hugs.

when the fight gets heavy and both opponents are tired, MMA fighters fight till one is done... Boxers lean on each other, rest ones head upon anothers shoulders, and hug it out... til they're ready to poke again.

Now-a-days Boxing is like watching a cross-country meet. The shite is long and boring-- thats the truth.

The first one just moves his fists up and down and says "Wa wa wa". He doesn't punch until you do. Then he punches back.

It's a terrible matchup and it's stupid that they're even teasing it. People are dumb and gullible.

Big deal.

I can beat McGregor in boxing, and I am an old man.
