Apparently McGregor is getting some racist backlash for his "dance for me boy" comments.

It's a fricking boxing press conference.

I really couldn't care less about watching the actual fight but the press conferences will be great.

I really didn't think Floyds "trash talk" was that great. And honestly compared to come of the UFC press conferences Connor was pretty subdued

Floyd is no way in hell the goat.... That's Ali.
Ali, Sugar Ray Robinson, Sugar Ray Leonard and hell Roberto Duran could all be up there.

mcgregor is about to frick this fool up worse than he did his daddy in the later press conference. Had the reporters in the room laughing at floyd sr like he was a circus clown.

Mayweather is a little bitch. Even had his production crew cut off Conor's mike so he couldn't reply back. He has been creating rules for fights his entire carer. That weasel has so many rules you need a handbook and lawyer to figure out. Conor called it like it is. A half fighter. Never been in a real fight.

Connor probably hoping he can get fm to swing a little bit in this one. Funny, even though floyd is a boxer this is still the move for mcgregor. Fm opening up would be mcgregors punchers chance.

Can someone talk about them fighting at 154? Is that a good weight for one or the other? What weight has Mayweather fought his last few fights at? Seems like he would have made CM cut more than that.

e objective is the same. Score more points than the opponent, Floyd does it by playing defense and attacking when the opponent is tired and vulnerable. I don't get why some of you hate it so much considering the style of football you'd die on the cross over lol.

Well when LSU plays Bama, the score might be low but those dudes are knocking the crap out of each other play after play. That's a pretty enjoyable defensive struggle to me.

When Floyd fights, he seems to be constantly evading the other guys punches and sneaking in jabs here and there. Rarely does anyone really get hit real hard. I just don't find this kind of defensive style all that enjoyable to watch.

CM is a skeleton at 145. 155 is a better weight for him. He started at 145, won that belt, then vacated that belt and went to 155.

145 vs 155

Why wouldn't he?

As long as he's boxing with them on he will be even faster

This has been a more recent trend due to him moving up in weight and his hands have taken a beating from all the blocking and hit he connects with

The drastic weight cutting is one of my biggest gripes with MMA. So many fights have been cancelled due to bad cuts. And it can't be good for your brain and body to drain all of the fluids out of each approximately 24 hours before a fight.

Yep and mcgregor cuts a lot for 145, he obviously won't cut as much for this but correct me if I'm wrong on this but can't boxers only rehydrate to a certain percentage of bw after weigh in?

I want to say there's a rule like this for wrestlers that it has to be within a certain percentage of their total weight but not sure about boxers. I can also be completely wrong. I was halfway listening to a Danie cormier interview the other day and he was saying something about it

I think the terms are different for each fight. I don't think there is a limit set by the AC.

Could be completely wrong though.
