This is a very deep class. Draft someone in the first round. McCarron would be a great fit. They don't need a superstar QB, just someone who doesn't throw a pick 6 every week

You're actually defending Schaub? They've won in spite of him the last 2 years as he's progressively gotten worse. It's becoming tougher to do that

I wouldn't say I'm defending him. He is what he is. Serviceable. He's never been elite and will never be elite. The Texans are not going to get anything better right now. A mediocre rookie qb is not the answer for a team that's getting older every year.

They will never seriously compete for a championship with him under center. He's horrible in big moments and he's managed to get worse in the prime of his career.

He would be better than what we currently have. All Schaub has to do at this point is not turn the ball over and he still comes up short. He's at best a mediocre NFL QB at this point who is at his worst when it matters most. If the current trend continues he will be worse than this next year.

Lol Schaub is a "pro bowl" QB because all the real pro bowl QBs never make the trip
