Luke Kuechly avoided concussion against Eagles, per sources

Had me pretty worried. We almost lost one of the best LBs to play the game - I don't know if he would have kept playing.

The Panthers announced Sunday that Kuechly remains in the protocol and needs to go through a series of steps before being cleared to play. The concussion protocol requires a player to pass five levels of tests before he is cleared.
But all tests conducted on Kuechly since Thursday night's loss to the Philadelphia Eagles have not revealed another concussion, sources said.

I think this is a combination of team and player wanting to play and I am not sure this is all 100% true. If he does not have a concussion but that could not be quickly determined Thursday night then something else may already be wrong with his brain.

I like Kuechly and think he’s a total badass. But a pro LB will get another. His days are numbered unfortunately.
