LSU not picking Herman will probably go down as the worst no-hire in school's history

fricking Joe Alleva should have swallowed his pride and let Herman hear out other schools instead of pulling the offer he had already made. Looks like LSU's mediocrity will continue for at least 3 more seasons.

2011 to 2020 will be LSU football's lost decade.

The time to hire him was 2015. He wasn't taking any job but UT when that opened up

LSU didn't not pick Herman. Herman picked Texas. You have to be the biggest idiot in the world to not know the difference.

UT was always the job he wanted. He was never coming to LSU IMO.

Herman was considered an idiot last week; now he's a genius. Wonder what he will be next week.

I don't know why this is complicated for LSU fans.

LSU could have had him after 2015 though...

USC had a ton of trouble with Western Michigan to start the season. It's completely possible they simply aren't as good as predicted.

Didn't y'all hire Curley Hallman over Spurrier back in the day?

So if Strong hadn't gotten fired, Herman would have turned down LSU?
