That's a really good hire. They already have a damn good defense, he can make them even better. The Bucs have a lot of potential.

Talented young roster, just need some discipline.....I liked Schiano's approach somewhat, he was just too psychotic for the NFL and lost the locker room. The Bucs should respond well to Lovie and Frazier
