I mean hey. I'm assuming we're all hoping to be in the running again in the future. And, we all are realistic enough to know that if we are, then there will be that same debate as always. "Which X loss team is better?"

Well, right now, the SEC contender wins that debate 100 out of 100 times. If ND beats BAMA, that argument is diminished.

And, speaking personally, I've always hated fricking Notre Dame and their "we're a national program and we're superior to you" fricking tude anyway. So, them getting put back in their "nope, you're not there yet" place is nice. I mean damn, if they'd have won, the ND cock sucking by the media would've been overwhelming!!!

Nothing good could have come out of this game, no matter who won.

Good. Now Bama gets to say that, and we actually play them every year.

Yeah, I really couldn't decide who I hated more. What a nightmare matchup that was for me.

Yeah. Bama gets to say it but the media slobber fest had ND won would've made this look like nothing.

The media is PRAYING that someone outside the SEC steps up. Hence, the previous slobber fest over USC. USC has failed them now, and hell, they like ND better!

If nothing else this game locks up the sec being given the benefit of the doubt for 2 spots in the playoff system once it gets going. Which will further enhance the conference standing.

Do you expect to lose the next 10+ years to Bama? Because I think this is a good thing.

The only way it could have been worse would be for it to be ND vs USC or ND vs OK.

I just wanted it to be a humiliating blowout one way or another, and given that, I was hoping AL would win.

But a bitter pill nonetheless.

If I am a big time recruit, after last night coaching genius, it is a easy decision, Les Miles has so much to learn.

A lot more goes into a recruit's decision that what happens during one game. Fortunately, not every recruit is enamored with Saban and his system. system. Whatever things Miles can be legitimately criticized for, recruiting isn't one of them. LSU holds its own and then some.

LSU went head to head with Bama for Kendall Beckwith this year and came away with his pledge.

It seals the deal that Miles is Sabin's boy.

Beckwith ?

Youre using beckwith to show that miles can compete with saban??

Beckwith lives 45 minutes away from tiger stadium

Sounds like you're a Bama fan. I'm sure you'd be welcome on their board with the other bandwagoners this morning.

Nope. Been a Tiger fan since 1977.

Just stating the obvious.
