Looks like both sides were complicit and especially the NSAC for not investigating why the medications Manny was taking were listed yet they never pursued why.

More and more will come out but Manny was screwed either way. He he fought and lost he defrauded the public and boxing. If he postponed he would have been painted a coward and crucified by the media and Floyd's camp.

Only death would have made him skip on that big payday.

For someone with a hurt shoulder he sure was throwing the right hand a lot and even holding up BOTH hands after the fight was finished. Also, throughout the whole fight his corner or him never brought up anything about his shoulder. Nothing, not a "hey Manny how is your shoulder?" or "my shoulder hurts" or anything. No sign of him being hurt at all. He got beat and was given a boxing match that night. Period.

Manny was never on Floyd's level. He got outclassed and out boxe.

The only problem with your premise is that one of the top surgeons on the west coast operated on him a few days after the fight. Was he a part of the scam too?

Obviously he had an injury, but I'm not buying it as his excuse as to why he got beat because

I'd have more respect for him if he had just admitted he got beat

I had no idea the Kentucky derby was running twice that day... Typical May fight though. Anyonw who has ever watched him "box" should have known this was going to be the outcome.

Sorry but I'm not buying it

He never mentioned it prior to the fight
He never stopped throwing punches with that arm during the fight
He never complained about it during the fight
His corner never mentioned it between rounds during the fight

BUT....he mentioned it after he lost

EDIT: Bob Arum says Pacquiao's shoulder was fine going into the fight

Bob Arum just said yesterday that #48 was 100% fine before the fight.
