Take the Jayhawks with the points. WVU is an average team and the fact that they are giving 28 on the road is surprising.
I expect a Mountaineer win, but 28 is crazy.

I took it because the weather. Going to be freezing cold with 15-20mph winds at 11am. Not a recipe for putting up lots of points. First time it's been below 30 all year in Lawrence.

They are the equivalent of that shitty team in your HS league that nobody really gets up for and after its out of hand you try to keep it somewhat respectable.

West Virginia is a decent team, just had a rough stretch playing the top 4 teams in the conference. They'll probably finish 8-4.
