Hahnville @ Ehret should be interesting. Coach Salt has reverted back to his roots of running the ball nearly every down. Hahnville attempted 3 passes last week (one of which didn't count due to an offensive penalty) and had 0 passing yards. I still can't figure out why in the world you wouldn't try working on the passing game in the 2nd half once you've established a lead like they did. I wouldn't be surprised to see this factor in majorly this week. And, if not this week, definitely in week 4 @ Destrehan.

Salt will never win a 5A title, he's too stubborn to throw the ball and doesn't have linemen who can dominate the line of scrimmage. Robicheaux will school him once again, and this years Destrehan team is not as good as the last few years.

Scotlandville dominated the 2nd half of that game. Scored 32 unanswered. MPA tapped in the middle of the 3rd qtr

Apparently Denham's RB needs about 145 yards to break all time school rushing record.

Is this game live streaming anywhere? I'd love to watch this one.

They lost by 9 to Curtis with missed extra points and they were inside the 10 at the end of the game. They're not as good as last year with Thompson, but they're still pretty damn good.

I'll be in Shreveport watching West Monroe play tonight. Thinking about possibly staying and watching Parkway afterwards.

What players should I keep an eye out for on Parkway?

people are talking about the tampa vs miami game being postponed and how they're losing their bye week...

well let's talk about how high school kids can play 16 weeks in a row if they go to the state championship, so for better conditioned PROS, it shouldn't be a big deal

or should every LHSAA team be made to take a bye week too?

I'm hoping Evangel's Defense can keep it respectable against Allen. They went up to Illinois last week and held the defending Illinois 7A state champs to 6 points in a 14-6 win.

Terrace Marshall is the #1 Wr in the country and he's hopefully going to end up at LSU. Unfortunately the QB who's committed to TCU suffered a devastating knee injury last week.
