No offense, but is there some kind of hurricane rolling through North LA? Best I can tell we are looking at a chance of thunderstorms ahead of a cold front. Not that uncommon. Is this a reason to bump football games now?

That one doesn't have anything to do with the weather though

It is only the 2nd round, and the #1 team is already traveling.

That is the stupidity of the LHSAA.

"It's not fair to make the #9 seed travel 2 weeks in a row, even though it is to the #8 and #1 seeds."

If you are the #1 seed, you shouldn't have to travel...PERIOD.

ETA: Except to the dome, that is.

It is so illogical it makes me sad.

The way it is setup, the #1 seed could play 1 home game and 2 road games on the way to the dome

It's just amazing how dumb some people are

#1 seed lost last year in the 2nd round on the road too.

With the new rules that cant happen. Semifinals are automatic to the higher seed. Only thing that would be possible is 2 and 2, but that is rare. Most the time they travel once

It's possible for the #1 seed to play on the road in the 2nd and 3rd round. Highly improbable, but possible. If a lower seed were to win round 1, but be paired with a higher seed that was also on the road round 1, then they would travel both weeks. Now in the third round should that team advance, the #1 seed would've traveled once vs twice for the lower seed. #1 seed travels again.

Hopefully Fitzhugh has the boys ready to play. There have been some really good playoff games between these two schools in the past.

Your sig quote might be the truest statement every spoken. I've walked my lease in the spring to do some spotting and come across gut dumps down some trails that were pretty fresh.

Well that throws a kink in my travel plans.
