Let's take a step back from the rancor arising from the stupid actions of athletes...

...and appreciate just how unifying and healing sports can truly be.
I think a copy of this needs to be sent to every professional athlete so they can get a little perspective.

I tend to believe that the kneeling last Sunday was in response to Trump calling out the players. Whether or not you think that is lecturing middle America is up for dicussion.

I have edited the title to reflect my intent.
While I disagree with their opinions, and the alleged "bases" for them, I am not making a judgment call on their opinion. I am making a judgment call as to how they have expressed it.
