um no

this thread was already shite when Lebron fans started bitching

In every thread dealing with Lebron, you come in with your "bandwagon fan," dick rider," glory hunting," "I'm a fan of my team" post. You regurgitate the same crap.

Maybe he just doesn't like cheering for weak minded pussies.

Oh get the frick over it. It's basketball.

I like Lebron, but this is exactly why heat bandwagoners aggravate me more than just about anything in sports. It's not enough for them to have built an all star team , they also expect others to hold them on the same pedestal. If you drive to the basket often and are 6'8" 270 lbs... You are going to,and SHOULD get fouled... A lot.

It was nice to see a throwback type game and not the pussified modern type of contest where everybody is buddy buddy and wears urkel glasses together.

Pretty much spot on.

I am far from a Lebron lover or a Lebron hater. I like watching him play, but I rarely come into threads like these for obvious reasons.

In my eyes, he has earned the right to complain a little. Not because he is being fouled hard, but, like this thread shows, since he is the best on the planet and is a freak human specimen, he is held to a different "toughness" scale than every other player. Which is bullshite in my opinion. Can he endure more hard fouls than any other player? Probably. Does that mean he should have to? No.

As far as his retaliation, I agree with Stan van Gundy. It's good to see something like that every once in a while. Shows he has emotion, and retaliation is a basic emotion to have in a sporting event.

And I've never seen him call out UKK or Jimithing when they troll with anti-Lebron posts.

How so?

There's always been, especially before the Heat won, wayyyyyyyyyy more hater type posts than pro-Lebron posts, so I don't see how that remotely sums it up.

You're choosing to be annoyed by a certain % of posts while at the same time choosing to be completely ok with an even larger % of anti-Lebron posts.

The difference for me is that the hard fouls Shaq took weren't dangerous and he wasn't in jeopardy of being seriously injured. The type of fouls LeBron takes almost always leave him in a vulnerable position. He easily could have torn an ACL with the way he came down after Taj hit him high while he was in the air. Players are constantly going in high on LeBron, and it's incredibly dangerous. And sooner or later he's going to to tear a knee.

And then we're all going to be pissed about how could the refs have let them do this for so long. Blah blah blah. It's all very predicable.

LeBron wouldn't have made it in the 90's...

I'd like to see today's Heat play the 90's Knicks. Oakley and Mason would have him crying.

LOL

If there is any player in today's game built for that style, it would be Lebron.
