LeBron calls for more gun control after mass murders at Oregon community college

Following Thursday's mass shooting at Umpqua Community College in Roseburg, Oregon, James addressed the topic at the Cleveland Cavaliers' training camp on Friday, saying, "There's no room for guns."
James originally reacted on Twitter on Thursday, following a report that a baby had been fatally shot in Cleveland on Thursday night.
On Friday, James spoke more broadly on the issue, saying (via Joe Vardon of the Northeast Ohio Media Group):
"Obviously you're not going to be able to take every gun out, I don't know how you can do that. There's so many around now, today. But if there's some stipulations behind it or some penalties, some big time penalties or rules or regulations about carrying firearms, legal or illegal, people will second-guess themselves."
James said the news of the child's shooting hit him on Thursday when he looked at his kids. He added that he believes his foundation, LeBron James Family Foundation, which monitors children from grade school to graduation and keeps them in school, is helping keep kids away from guns and violence.

So what does he suggest we do?
Easy to hear about a shooting and say, "Someone should do something about that..."
Life of an ignorant celebrity.

Prepare yourself LeBron. Athletes have known to stay away from these topics for a reason.

MJ would never comment on political issues.
MJ = GOAT.

I support Lebron's philanthropic efforts and him leading the NBA while keeping a good image. But damn his opinions suck. It's like he just restates whatever Obama has to say. Anyone remember when immediately after Trayvon, Obama said Trayvon could be his son, then Lebron did his hoodie thing with the Heat?

Have you ever expressed a political opinion that deals with something primarily outside of your area of expertise?
Why did you do that?!?! JUST DO YOUR JOB! Do you think anyone you were addressing gave a shite?!?!
Oh noz, an athlete is speaking out about an issue

Athletes shouldn't discuss politics unless they agree with me.
