Yeah not everyone listens to his show or reads his articles. People who don't then read about stuff like this and think he's a butthurt prick, which isn't that far fetched if this is your only exposure to him.

Exactly. I've followed DL for quite sometime and generally like him. I just don't really get this particular move.

It's mostly a troll now, but he was pretty pissed a few days after Decision II and admitted he was frustrated Riley and Arison couldn't lash out even though they were allegedly played by LeBron's handlers.

I listen to his show on XM everyday. I think he's honestly rustled about it. He might not be completely off the rails mad but it bothers him. That clown Stugotz is most definitely mad too. He tries to play along with Dan but slips into pure outrage all the time.

Playing the cheesy 80's desperate love song to LeBron at the thing tomorrow should give people an idea it is tongue in cheek and making fun of people that get pissed and take things in sports too seriously, but 95% of people don't get it until you spell it out for them like I just did.

I think it is pretty solid. I enjoy listening to them and the joke on the show and he is getting plenty of cheap publicity and attention which is always good for ratings.
