First of all, it's not Louisiana, it's University of Louisiana at Lafayette NOBODY except for Lafayette fans calls them Louisiana, so don't let them confuse you. It's the most ludicrous thing I've ever heard. Now, ULM and ULL are about the same. ULL has had more success recently-with the bowl win last year. ULM is traditionally better-They won the National Championship in Division II in 1987. Both teams are usually around 6-6 on the year with 3 or 4 of those losses coming from teams they have no business playing (LSU, Auburn, etc.) As far as this year goes, I'd have my money on ULL.

As an NLU grad, I will admit that both ULM and ULL suck hind tit when it comes to football in Louisiana. However, last night was really fricking sweet!
