I've watched every video and none of them show any UAB players throwing any punches.
My screenshots still show LA Tech thug throwing a punch. If you actually watch the video in the link I posted it's easier to see as the video plays. Louisiana people punch like girls so it was quick and weak and hard to pause at the right moment for good screenshots

I mean, Im not from Louisiana... Insult their punches all you want. That player is from Florida.

Baxter with a closed fist hitting Jacobi in the throat.
Jacobi did run down the court fists closed and looking for a fight... which is why he was ejected. He never threw a punch though. Video clearly shows that. Even the most biased UAB fans agree that Baxter threw a bunch and Boykins didn't.

I think you are getting the teams confused. I saw 2 UAB players look like butterflies trying to hit someone. I don't care about either school btw.

1.) UAB needed to have many more players ejected - all their players left the bench
2.) UAB clearly started the fight and threw the first two punches - technically an elbow
3.) The LaTech player was hit and came after the UAB player with a closed fist
4.) The refs were slow to react to the initial 2 on 1 when UAB players and the Tech player were jawing
5.) The one UAB player was way to emotional - you could see the venom he was spewing - he deserved a T before the scrum started.
6.) The UAB and LaTech coaches deserve awards - not ejections - that stopped a nearly all out brawl. Props to UAB and LaTech coaches.

It was a jawing game, and one of Tech's players did shoulder check a UAB player that lead to the throat punch and started it all.
Poor poor victims UAB, they get to host their third straight basketball tournament, and wonder why no one likes them.
