How bout we forget I mentioned it and not turn this into a LeBron thread.

This really does suck for Kyrie. He's a good kid and I genuinely feel bad for him. Watching him exit the court and see how frustrated he was in the tunnel was tough to watch.

Him and Love both. First playoffs for the both of them and one doesn't finish a series and the other doesn't finish game 1. It sucks for their teammates and fanbase too. In juries suck

No question.

The elephant in the room is does this cause problems between Kyrie and the FO/HC?

There were rumblings that he and the organization weren't quite on the same page regarding his injury, recovery, minutes. I know Kyrie just signed the big deal so I doubt he is going anywhere, but what about Blatt?

It's not widely talked about, but love and kryie are very injury prone.

I wonder if bron has noticed and taken this into consideration

I have a feeling that they "urged" him to play. It's eerily ironic how Lecharles Bentley said doctors told him he had tendinitis too, during his playing days, and he went on to break his kneecap as well..

Seriously though what if this does cause a riff between the players and coaches for overusage. Cavs hire Thibs, and collectively scare everyone in the NBA haha

The biggest issue for the Cavs is that they're gonna have to take LeBron out of the post and move him back to point forward. At least a lot of the time. And so he'll be doing everything on the perimeter off the dribble. Not good for Cleveland.

Not to mention the fact that their defense from the point guard position will be dreadful if Della has to play extended minutes.

It's said that team wasn't in favor of him taking a private jet with his pops and agent to see Dr. Andrews.

Did that story come from Windhorst?

Legit question. Not trying to be a smart arse.

Have to admit, this really sucks. I don't think the Cavs would have won, but it would have been interesting.

Sucks that Bron then Shump missed those two game winners. Cavs up 1 right now after GS didn't play well probably would have meant a Game 2 win by GS and a very good series heading back to Cleveland.

Now I'm expecting 4-1, Cavs eek one out in Cleveland but otherwise GS mostly coasts.

I think the actual biggest issue is they flat out suck nuts now compared to the Warriors I don't think we need to talk actual strategy and x's and o's anymore

Dellavedova isn't a terrible defender. He's actually a little better than Irving in that area.

I haven't seen anything from the normal beat writers about that.

He's just one of those poor souls that's cursed with injuries. It's a shame really.

I would rather Irving guarding Curry than Della.
