Why are you so puzzled by facts. Not one thing I have posted is a joke or an attempt to be funny. It is simple facts

Of course he would. Baseball players bat by themselves.

He is second in PER on the team and first in EWA and VA. If Kobe sat, then those bums (aside from Jordan Hill) would fall apart with higher usage rates.

Lets see, one of the most effecient overall players in the league who is averaging the "black mambas" fg % in his worst season, we will call him the mongoose

It's a shame that this even needs to be said, anyone with a brain should realize this.

NBA isn't college football.

I don't care how bad he is shooting...

People don't tune into the Lakers to watch a bunch of guys.

Just like I went out of my way in 1986 to get Satellite games of the Bulls.

And we all watched Magic and Larry.

Basketball viewership has always been about star power and one or two guys...never the team.

If Kobe left the Lakers for the season...goodbye TV contract...and he knows this and the front-office knows this and that is why they signed him to that ridiculous contract.

You're still talking about him! This thread. Kobe wins.

Yah he's averaging 27-5-4, he should just hang it up

He's playing with a slew of D-leaguers, the Lakers are basically the 76ers with Kobe on the squad.

Kobe threads make my brain hurt. So much stupidity.

MJ 38 with Wizards

48.5k minutes, 1250 GP

Kobe 36 with Lakers

55k minutes, 1500 GP

They're practically the same player.

Kobe's coming off back to back season ending leg injuries no less. Quit crying. Sit back and enjoy watching one of the greats jack shots on a terrible team or sit back and cry about what a terrible player he is and miss out. Do yourself a favor, and go with option A. Maybe you'll be watching TNT when 36 year old Kobe drops 60 on someone instead of reading about what a jerk he is on the MSB.

If only they had money to sign some free agents to help poor Kobe.
