& I love how the LBJ fanboys are butthurt. I'm sure they wouldnt have started a thread if LeBron had blocked Kobe 2 times

if Lebron hits the game winner or dunks on kobe omg the GOAT threads would be in full force.

If this board has proved anything in the last few years, it's that Lebron will get probably 10 times more threads when he fails as he does when he does something well.

Even you have to concede that.

All of this reminds me of last year when people made a big deal out of the All Star game and just about every anti-Lebron guys were using the All STar game of proof that he didn't have "it" and he would never win it all, and he was scared and blah blah blah. So if anything, last night was good for a reminder of how laughable that was.

I'm sure there's plenty of that. And I'm sure we all tend to have rabbit ears when its a guy we like rather than the guy we don't like. At any rate, the Kobe lovers/Bron haters are so desperate around here they'll start a thread like this when it was a meaningless game that Kobe didn't play all that well in.

Desperation time for Kobe should have hit weeks ago but it doesn't seem to have really. Over that stretch Lebron has played amazingly well (even though the regular season doesn't mean much to the Heat in a down East) and Kobe hasn't played near Lebron's level. And that's true even though the Lakers are at the edge of virtual playoff elimination with what most of us thought would be an extremely improved Laker team.

Not really. The only difference was he won a title in grand fashion and is now having a pretty historic season, so the other side has nothing to freak out about.

But once they do, it'll come.
