How much money does he make? I do believe I could out preform his stats tonight.
I see why he never got out of the shadow of Curry to chase the big contact. He’s done, Any year 1-2 shooter can do what he does, for a lot less $,$$$,$$$.00

Umm… he had a 5 yr/189 million dollar contract and made $43 mil this year. He got pretty handsomely paid and is one of the greatest shooters in NBA history. He just never really recovered after the most recent set of injuries.

Come on man… he’s got a dozen double digit trey games. Honestly if clay Thompson wasn’t around curry then Steph would be the greatest ever his 5\6th season. Clay may be ready to hang it up but is very close top 6 three point shooter ever, if not 4.

He’ll sign one more contract for 2/50 (wouldn’t be shocked if it’s 3/75 with a player option) where he’s only asked to come in and shoot 3s.

No contender would give him that deal though. GSW would but then that’s how you know they’re tanking for a few years

25m isn’t that crazy of a deal anymore man. The extra player option is probably overkill.

Klay is one of the greatest shooters the sport has ever seen. He has just had a ton of bad injuries.
I wouldn't be surprised if he gets a smaller vet contract on a contender and chases another ring, but also not surprised if he hangs it up and counts his generational money earned.
Klay going into "God Mode" is one of the cooler things I've seen in basketball.
