signing a black RB and CB and trading for a native QB are bigger issues that failed

CC joins the chorus, noting Kelly was hard on a black receiver for spinning a ball after a catch (Matthews).

You knew it was coming eventually. He said that coming down on players for "spinning the ball" , celebrating, etc would get you fired in the NFL.

Shows you what has gone wrong in the NFL and all pro athletics. Coaches have no control anymore and the players know it

No, it's about coaches picking their battles when it comes to discipline. A guy celebrating a first down or a celebration for a TD, as long they are not too over the top is just part of the NFL. It was just showing how nit-picky Chip Kelly was being. When you're losing, being that nit-picky is exacerbated and all your decisions and interactions with players are going to be under a microscope.

I don't think he was saying race was the reason Chip was fired, just that his decision making in those situations give you insight into his poor judgement that ultimately did lead to him being fired.

That's exactly what he said. He emphasized it, in fact.

Demarco Murray is an unusual name for a white dude.

He said Chip Kelly made poor judgement choices and that led to his downfall. Is that an incorrect statement?

Who the frick in their right mind would seek out Chris Carter to be their mentor? Why does he need that? I don't understand the mentor situation in the black athlete community.

Just as dumb as the "McCaffrey didn't win Heisman because he's white" argument. Hate how they try to bring race into these things.

He got rid of DJAX because they butted heads and he let his ego get in the way, didn't wanna pay Maclin as a FA. Plus he likes larger receivers those two were.

he wanted Maclin back, KC offered more money

signing murray despite being a bad fit for his offense and going all in on bradford were his biggest frick ups

ESPN's ratings and subscriber numbers are declining rapidly, but keep letting these idiots on air play the race card. Idiots.
