We were there last week for a promotion dinner for my wife at her company. Loved the Kansas City area! We stayed down in the Plaza area. We went down to Overland Park area to look at homes because there is a very good possibility we will be moving there within the next year. Presient of her company has already talked to her about taking over a position and they kept asking me how I liked the area.

Like someone else mentioned I wasn't too impressed with the BBQ, I only got to go to Arthur Bryants and got an opened face burnt end sandwhich.

Loved the people there, everyone was really nice.Had some really good beer at Cinder Block Brewery.

Went around taking pictures while wife was at work. West Bottoms area is interesting. We are pulling for the Royals....was a huge George Brett fan as a kid.
