Abolishing the death penalty, early parole for non-violent offenders, reducing drug crime sentences etc.
Wait, those were on the ballot?
Proposition 62, which was narrowly defeated by about 56 percent of voters, would have repealed the death penalty and replaced it with life in prison without parole.
Proposition 66 narrowly passed with 51 percent of the vote. It "limits death penalty appeals and speeds up executions."
So not only was the death penalty retained; California voters made it easier to execute people.
Race of defendants executed in the US since 1976

Current US Death Row population in the US

I am ashamed of the way some people in the media are acting. Trump won. Do I like it, no but America spoke. I mean Hillary got thumped it's not like it was a nail biter. If you cared that mu h they should have been doing something beforehand.

I can't believe he didn't care enough vote for those. I mean, Jesus Christ. Those issues are what his movement should be about.

This was CK's explanation for not voting...
“I’ve been very disconnected from the systemic oppression as a whole,” the quarterback said to Josh Weinfuss of ESPN.com. “So, for me, it’s another face that’s going to be the face of that system of oppression. And to me, it didn’t really matter who went in there. The system still remains intact that oppresses people of color.”
Does this idiot not realize that the ballot has a lot of important Measures on it, is about 3 pages long and isn't just about voting for Prez?
Shite, I thought he'd at least vote to legalize weed.

He sounds about as enlightened as the goth kids on Southpark.

Never did I believe he was all that buttoned up when it came to this whole movement. But damn, Kaep This is a bad look. Doubt all that many people care, though. I haven't heard that much about it other than screamin' Stephen.

Personally, I hope he convinces as many of the snowflakes as he can not to vote.

He fricking nailed it
And I don't particularly like SAS
