I gotta go either Cargo or LaRoche. But upton might be top of the list for righties.

For some reason lefty swings just look so much sweeter. Agree with junior griffey-sweetest evah. Current favorite is Hamilton and Cano. i also love to watch Bryce Harper swing because he takes a serious hack every time.

The swing i dont understand is Ryan Braun. It looks like he's fully extended all the way instead of getting his hands through first, but he gets some serious power.

I don't know shite about what makes a baseball swing technically pretty but whoever the hell is the last guy in OBUDan's gifs has what looks to be like the coolest swing I've ever seen. Looked like an absolutely brutal unleashing of torqued power.

It's Hanley.

His swing is gorgeous. I wish I could find a better gif with the full thing. So much power generated by his legs and his just effortless through with his hands.

Cargo is a good one, but Laroche?

I'm biased but I'm going to go with Bryce Harper. The bat speed is unbelievable, and the fact that he generates so much power with his back foot off the ground (ala Roberto Clemente) is mind-boggling.

Let's check out some of the candidates
Justin Uptons swing is, functionally perfect as far as the ideal batting form: hip drive, hands don't drop at all, just straight to the ball, it's close to flawless

Now Albert Pujols also has pretty much a perfect swing as well, it's just so simple. He has hardly any movement before the pitch, which means he has other worldly timing, because guys move around before the pitch to get a rythym, which I guess he doesn't need

Robinson Cano's swing is awesome to look at, but there is a little more going on there. As far as perfect form, he doesn't have it, but still a great swing

Hamilton's swing is all over the place, look how much his hands move before they go to the ball, that's why he's so streaky

Now the true GOAT swing

Laroche has a beautiful swing. There's no doubt about that.

Not even close my friend. Just look at the first gif you posted and how much his hands move around before they go to the ball

Got to see JR play in one of his final seasons. Could have been the GOAT if he stayed healthy, but their are no ifs. Played with enthusiasm and love every play
