Clearly both guys in the slot engaged defenders before the ball was caught by the motioning WR.

It would have been offsetting penalties since the linesman called the Falcons for offside, but nevertheless.

Cool. That's not ever called unless you're stupid and run it like Notre Dame.

A notation has been made in the record.

Super Bowl win still stands.

It was a screen pass he clearly caught it behind the line of scrimmage so it's completely legal

I don't think that matters unless the pass was backwards.

If it's behind the LOS it's fair. It's called a WR screen if you haven't heard of it

The rule is within 1 yard, but in reality anything under 3 yards never gets called on the offense.

The Patriots offense has been predicated on pick plays for years.

ARTICLE 4. OTHER PROHIBITED ACTS BY THE OFFENSE. Blocking more than one yard beyond the line of scrimmage by an offensive player prior to a pass being thrown is offensive pass interference.

The pass has been thrown and they are not blocking more than one yard down field. No penalty
