It's almost like the jurors have become the defendants in our new justice system. Every juror has a portfolio of life experiences. Seems like every verdict could be thrown out based on these.

Problem is that the juror wasn't honest. The juror purposely hid their history.

Ehhh, sucks but there's a reason why it's that way. These POS will be back in jail.

This wasnt some minor technicality that was unavoidable. The guy lied throughout voir dire so he could get on. Jurors who do shite like that need to be prosecuted.

The judge should hold that a hole in contempt and let him spend a few weeks in jail.

Local news reporting they'll have another trial where they will again be convicted and jailed
