What's also fricked up is Brent already had one DUI conviction under his belt. Unreal.

quote:

On Thursday, prosecutor Rebecca Dodds emphasized Brent's 2009 drunken driving arrest in Illinois to press the state's argument that he deserves prison time. In that case, he served 30 days in jail after pleading guilty to a misdemeanor charge.

I just gained a TON of respect for her.

That takes a lot of love.

It was neat to see how supportive she was of Brent and how she handled this from the onset. It wasn't like she came out in the public pissed at first and then realized. She did really well handling the media and I think gained a lot of respect.

Now it's on Brent to show that same respect back to her

marijuana was in his system.

So he could have smoked 2 weeks before the accident.

Ok...so how about the rest of what I put? Saying it's dumb to compare the two is dumb imo

So, he'll actually do 90 days? Seems legit.

As i said before Stallworth would have likely hit that guy sober. Brent killed his passenger after allegedly consuming 17 alcoholic drinks.

He had a chance to be more careful, he wasn't. 30 days is an absolute joke.

Stallworth had .12 and marijuana was in his system. He wasn't in the best shape.

.12 is a buzz. And marijuana in his system? Is that a joke? I hope it is.

The guy was WASTED and ran out in front of Stallworth's car. 99/100 sober drivers kill that guy as well.

Not surprised at all. The mother of the guy who died forgave Brent for what happened.

That's great and all but he still is a danger to society and should be locked away in a cage for longer than 180 days.

LINK

bro do you even TV?

seriously though...you can't say it couldn't be avoided when Stallworth, himself, said he flashed his lights and yet, continued to drive over the speed limit.

But hey, agree to disagree. Didn't mean to hijack this thread...but 30 days is a joke.
