Ok?

Never said they don't

You said they will never play on the next level. They certainly could, and have. Luke Charpentier is playing at Ark, Brandon Godfrey is signed to Tulane, Anthony Taylor will be D1 next year, Josh Hanberry plays at Nicholls, and thats just guys from the last two to three classes.

Most seniors at any school won't play college football much less division 1. How many other small schools have 4 division 1 white football players in the last 3 years? Not many. How many does Rummel have?

You have a hard time comprehending. Lets try this again.

Many times The kids that aren't going to earn a football scholarship are actually good enough to play baseball at the next level. Some end up doing so, but a lot don't because they focus so much on football.

I don't care how many white football players get schollies. That wasn't my point. Though the last relevant white Curtis college player was prob winprine or tony bua. Says enough

If you want to sling shite, we can. We trying to talk sports and you calling me a molester and stuff? Then saying how all rummel people wish they went to Curtis.

Seriously tell us about your life after HS? I'm assuming you're a plumber or something? Did you get a job selling port a potties at river parish? What have you done with your life? How has football helped that?

Just to hop in and offer a hand, I believe a Rummel grad lost his job at the school for buying weed from kids and wasn't there another teacher at Rummel who got fired recently for something bad? You know what they say about glass houses.

What does it matter if they choose to focus on football? They go to Curtis because they love the atmosphere and want to be a part of the tradition there.

It doesn't matter man, just don't complain about not being able to field a competitive baseball team. Not too hard to understand.

Did I play college ball, haha. Again who gives a shite. I love sports but it doesn't define who I am. I hope your letter jacket is keeping you warm on this cold day.

It's also not too hard to understand that if they focused on baseball then it would take away a bit from football. The school doesn't have 1000+ kids like the catholic schools. The kids at Curtis are just good athletes, not superhumans, and choose to focus on one sport and be great at it. The school doesn't have the resources to be great at all 3 sports.

JC softball would compete in 5a. Girls go there to play just like football

They were good with Brignac, not so much now. They could still compete in 5a with alot of schools, don't think they'd win state though.

Not bashing Curtis, I visited the school before my son and daughter reached high school age. It would have been a good fit for him but they don't play soccer (although they talked about needing kickers), he would still have had baseball. For daughter, it was no way due to academics. Decided to keep them at home in public school (lucky enough to have good public schools here). With all of the AP and Honors courses she's getting as good an education as the Catholic schools could offer.....and no cost.
