He is the best player period. He singlehandedly dominates games.

Reggie White, Deacon Jones, and Bruce Smith are th best DEs in NFL history.

If Watt continues on this pace he could end up in there.

Watt seems to have even a different skill set than those guys. Jumping ability, and the speed shown on that INT, and not appearing to run out of gas at the end of that run, was incredible.

He's not the best yet, but if he does this for 8 more years...

Why is he so good at football?

Because that's literally all he lives his life for right now.

It comes at a cost, but apparently JJ seems hell bent on making the very most out of his opportunity in the NFL. Good for him.

I genuinely believe he is on PEDs and/or steroids and knows how to not get caught.

His play since he came in to the league has been really good, and like others have claimed, probably to good to be true. Something is for sure going on with him.

Yeah, no way someone drafted as far back as #11 can come in and set the league on fire by their 2nd season.

Signed,
Jerry Rice (16th pick);
Dan Marino (27th pick)

I still cannot figure out why people on this board think he is on roids. Other than his freak athletic ability, he does not show any of your typical symptoms of someone on roids. I have had this argument several times with people here.

id assume simply because after making a jump to playing against better talent he became far more dominating physically... which is odd.

That's simply not true. He was an absolute beast at Wisconsin and his combine numbers were insane. Plus he was the 11th overall pick, even though he wasn't a super well know player, he didn't exactly come out of nowhere.

I've said this before, but if Watt was a black player out of Florida State, he was a Top 5 pick. Possibly #1. His combine numbers were sick. I still remember that the only thing the analysts said when he was drafted was that he had a high motor. Uh yeah... Okay. But he also is a freak athlete.

He had 15 QB pressures, and 9 QB hits yesterday.

We are under paying him by a lot

From PFF-

quote:

Pending review of All-22 film in the coming days, Watt’s +13.5 overall grade currently sits as the highest PFF grade ever earned, eclipsing his previous record of +11.4 last season. There was little the Bills’ offensive line could do to stop him in the passing game as he tallied fifteen pressures. Watt’s nine hits (including one negated by his own roughing the passer penalty) were more than all but eight other 3-4 defensive ends had in the entire 2013 season.
