I give Reddick a lot of credit too. He changed his game on the highest basketball level out there. That takes some serious effort.

Have to tip my hat to Redick. He has turned himself into a good NBA player. His defense is pretty good and he can still hit the shot when open. He also handles the ball really well.
Agree, the guy has obviously worked his arse off and is now a very good player.

Gotta agree, I was completely wrong about both he and Big Baby. Both of them screamed bust to me, but they've both turned into extremely solid players, essentially the first man off the bench for both their squads and getting almost starters minutes. Congrats to both and to my basketball evaluation skills!

If you can shoot like he can shoot, you can find a role in the NBA.
Trajan Langdon?

I agree with this.

I think he gets a lot of tail as well.

Langdon has basically pulled a reverse Anthony Parker and chosen to stay in Europe, where he is one of the highest paid players in the Euroleague.
I wonder if Redick will re-sign with the Magic.

There are some rumblings that if Lebron re-signs with Cleveland they will offer Redick their full MLE. I think he'd be great playing next to Lebron. I could see him taking Anthony Parker's starting job.
Did you catch the Simmons podcast he was on? He made it sound like he'd like to start somewhere if possible. I actually like him now. He seems like a hard worker and a good guy. Gave the Celtics a ton of credit in the interview and admitted that he did some douche-like things at Duke

Doing douche-like things and/or simply being a douche are graduation requirements at Duke.

I think he would be a great fit on the Cavs although he may still come off the bench. However, he would definitely benefit from playing with a guy like LeBron who looks to pass.
Didn't catch the podcast because I was away the last 2 weeks and when I came back home the entire inside of my computer other than my hard disk had to be replaced
One of my friends said that it was a very good podcast though. I'm not surprised. When it comes to pro athletes, Redick gives one of the best interviews. I realize that's kind of like saying that someone is the best athlete out of all the accountants in the world, but still.

Performed by the same bitter Maryland fan who will slobber all over Mike Posner and Duke, when Posner visits his 2 AM radio show in New York

Greatest white American baller in the league.

hmm, thing that most interested me about this thread was whether the OP was really in Malawi
And yeah, Reddick found a solid role in the pros... shouldn't be shocking when there's been Paxson's and Kerr's doing the same for years

I'd go with Mike Miller or Troy Murphy. Probably put Mike Dunleavy Jr ahead of him as well.
ETA: I think Redick's career ppg will be much better than Kerr's.

With help from Tyrus Thomas. That's why Temple could hold him so close.

Can't believe I forgot Lee. The guys I mentioned are clearly fighting for spots 2-5.
