I know it's still early, but has there ever been a high-profile deal in any sport that worked out worse for both teams?

The Saints are not worse for the trade.

We have other issues plaguing us.

i don't think the RG3 trade was that great for the rams all things considered b/c of mediocre drafting

there are a few terrible NBA trades that i'm trying to think of that tanked both teams

Unger and Stephone Anthony have both been upgrades for the Saints. They badly miss JG in the red zone, obviously.

It is four games into the Graham trade. Seattle will change their offensive style to a passing first attack once Lynch is out of there.

Maybe.
But their OL will not recover from what it was.
Part of that is trading Unger.

It looks like it worked out well for the Saints

i imagine they'll draft a starting center next year. it's an easy position to acquire if you draft well

i think the pats' starting center is a rookie they got in the 5th round

The best part is if after the game Jimmy doesn't make a huge play, he'll start the complaining and the drama. Can't wait for them to cut bait next year

I know it wasn't a trade but Demarco Murray to Philly seems just like Jimmy G to Seattle. Murray could be helping us tremendously right now, while he just doesn't seem to fit in the offense in Philly.

You know what else is easy to draft? A TE that you only throw to twice a game and can't run block. The draft is full of those.

They need to rebuild their line and find a more capable passer if that's their plan. Wilson thrives in that run-heavy system.
