Right my arse

ESPN has a shite ton of money in the ACC too. It's not like FSU is the PAC 12 trying to move to going it alone or the Big 10 and Big 12 who are inching towards being Fox properties.

He is not right about ESPN but the FSU hatred from the SEC fan boys on TD is incredible.

I don't post/lurk any other boards but I highly doubt FSU hate is exclusive to SEC fans on TD.

Agreed completely. Bet a national poll would indicate most CFB fans everywhere are tired of FSU & Jameis

Don't take this as me trying to dig in against the theme of this thread, but I hate how that video was reported. Why doesn't the news station actually show the part of the video where Jimbo is being asked the question? Makes me skeptical that he's being taken out of context.

Completely agree, the thought crossed my mind when I posted it. I stole it from the SEC Rant so I would have just blame that cesspool if it was the case

No the SEC is just better.

You don't like that. You can't accept that

So the only explanation is some crazy conspiracy.

That's how conspiracy theorists operate. It's an inferiority complex combined with cognitive dissonance.

but just ten years ago, ESPN was the biggest USC jock sniffer around.

now that they have fallen off, and the SEC has risen, it only makes sense for ESPN to back the new leader in cfb.

PAC 12 fan here,
I agree that the hate FSU gets is spread throughout the entire country. There is nothing to like about the whole mess going down there. **** Jameis Squinston. Makes Cam Newton look like an angel

But you can't question ESPN...as the mothership...They control all...just like they forced everyone into putting Bama back in the title game against LSU.

And no one on here would ever question it...because it's all SEC pajama-wearing crowd.

Uhh, i think many people questioned Bama being back in... not just lsu fans

I don't understand why people in the South hate ESPN.

ESPN has made the SEC.

Without ESPN doing everything in its power to promote and secure championships for the SEC.

The SEC would still be some old backwater high school offense junk conference like it was in the 70's, 80's and 90's.

This is some of the dumbest shite i ever heard.

Who cares about the amount of high school talent in the southeast which ultimately causes the overall success...

Combine that with FSU's schedule. Who the frick have they played? Why should they deserve any love?

They have a QB that probably did something so bad that the cops had to "botch" the investigation.

They have a RB that was a suspect in an armed robbery and the cops "just didn't follow up for like 30 days". Said RB also has a girlfriend that went on facebook about some domestic abuse.

They play an absolute shitty schedule, so the fact that they beat a #21 team in Clemson and the #10 team doesn't even compare to an SEC resume and don't pretend that it has. Here's their schedule:

vs
Oklahoma State*

vs
Citadel

vs
#22 Clemson

@
NC State

vs
Wake Forest

@
Syracuse

vs
#5 Notre Dame

@
#25 Louisville

vs
Virginia

@
Miami (FL)

vs
Boston College

vs
Florida

NOW. Their conference schedule they can't do anything about, and they should continue their series with Florida. That being said, schedules are made like 4 years in advance. The SEC was just as dominant back then as it is today. You need to have quality teams on your schedule.

Here's the 2010 rankings for their OOC teams:

Oklahoma State - #14
Citadel - Unranked was fricking #200 in the Sagarin ratings
Notre Dame - Unranked. Was #22 in the Sagarin Ratings. Had 5 fricking losses.
Florida - not going to go there.

My point is not that they play the Citadel, it's that don't fricking cry if you have a lot of haters for playing the Citadel as opposed to another good program when you know your conference isn't worth a shite.

Also, have less armed robbery RBs and rapey QBs
