Next worse on the Rockets was Terrence Jones at -1.

Only Jamal Crawford at -26 was worse in the game.

But but...Boom and others told me I'm nuts for thinking he's a below average player.

Haters always have to find something to nitpick. They should be focusing on their team's coaching search, lottery position, etc. instead IMHO.

+\- wasn't the whole story. He kept us in the game in the first half. And he was off the floor during the big run, and McHale wisely didn't insert a sick Harden into a lineup that was clicking.

You make substitutions to give players rest or to improve play. Neither of those things were needed when that final group started clicking. So often in the NBA, you will see a bench unit lead a comeback, only to see the coach sub in his star. Brewer was playing brilliantly and it would have been comical to sub him out.

Props to Coach McHale!

So McHale should bench the hot hand because another guy had a better season?

Y'all rocket haters are stupid. I am starting to feel the other fanbases in the SEC, the majority of the posters on this can be bitter, entitled victims even when they do not have a dog in the fight.

Lebron led his team to the conference finals
Curry's team is up 3-2

Harden's team needed a miracle comeback to stay alive while Harden rode the pine like a bitch.

need i go on?

Sample size bro.

In less than one half with no Harden HOU can outscore the Clips 50-18. In the same half Paul can watch that lead collapse while not being able to get buckets on Jason Terry.

Both of these teams opponents ain't as good as the CLIPPERS>. The numbers say who is better between players, the results say who is the better TEAM.

This series enough of a sample size? How about the entire playoffs so far?

Crawford has been downright awful...to put it nicely in these playoffs.

Oh, so is that you conceding that I was correct re: the Rockets without Harden? You've boxed yourself in either way, fwiw.

riding the pine during the 4th quarter of an elimination game says who is better.

Here's a hot take: Harden had a bad game last night, but is still really good at basketball.

Not sure where you're looking but according to this and this:

HIghest PER - 5th behind Davis, Paul, Griffin and Villaneuva
Highest Points per 36 - Behind Davis
Highest assist per 36 - Behind Wall, Ginobili, Paul, Teague, etc.
Highest fg% - Not even close on this
Lights out from FT line

ETC. ETC.
