Where does Jamies go? Really not a ton of teams in need of a QB, especially if they trust their rookies from last year. Could see Jamies going to a team trading up for him

1. Bucs - taking Mariota
2. Titans - has Mettenberger, but possible landing spot
3. Jacksonville - Has Bortles
4. Oakland - Has Carr
5. Washington - Has RGIII
6. NY Jets - Possible, but Jamies in NYC could be too much
7. Bears - Stuck with Cutler possible
8. Falcons - Has Matt Ryan
9. NY Giants - All Eli
10. Rams - Will give Bradford 1 more year
11. Vikings - Has Teddy B
12. Browns - Has Manziel, but possible landing spot
13. Saints - Has Brees
14. Dolphins - Has Tannehill
15. 49ers - Has Kaepernick
16. Texans - Has Mallett, but possble here as well
17. Chargers - Has Rivers
18. Cheifs - Has Smith, but possble
i honestly think that barring jameis going full retard from now until the draft, he's gonna go #1 to the Bucs.

Not only is he a better prospect, but he went to FSU. Bucs need all the support they can muster

His skill set is amazing. He's a much better pro prospect than mariota

Definitely. Mariota plays in a Mickey Mouse college offense and will need an NFL OC that can adapt his offense around his skills.

and has more character issues that Johnny manziel

I don't know. The sexual assault crap is bogus. Basically all Jameis has done is steal crab legs and shout an old internet meme in a public place.

Johnny 8-ball has already proven to not be serious about being the face of an NFL franchise... Jameis will have every opportunity to do that, sure, but it's TBD.

Dude is 20 years old; I love how all of the internet warriors/madden experts can predict what kind of pro he'll be. Jameis has all the tools to be an absolute stud in the NFL. We'll see whether or not he can mature.

Brees is getting up there...

I don't think he last this far but Texans should take him or move up. I don't think Mallett is the answer.

7. Bears - Stuck with Cutler possible

Bears trade cutler to Texans for 1st rd pick and take him?

2. Titans - has Mettenberger, but possible landing spot

I don't think Mett has had enough play time to prove he's starting material. Also he gets injured too much.

that's unquestioned. but he also has the tools to be a complete idiot on and off the field. his transformation into a turnover machine from year 1 to 2 is very eye opening, you have to admit.

Is anyone surprised at all? These bogus "reports" about him staying in school were just something to drum up interest in his decision. This guy is beyond clueless when his schtick is this predictable. Someone needs to tell him to keep a low profile, go into the Combine, and do work. It's the single best thing that could help his draft stock right now.

What in the world does that mean?

How is he not keeping a low profile? He announced his decision to enter the draft...

ETA: Actually, he hasn't said anything. His dad has been the one releasing this information.

Forced way too many throws this year. Trying to do too much, and I really think all the off the field stuff definitely affected his play this year. But I think on pure potential alone I dont see him dropping out of the T5

When all is said and done I think the Bucs take him #1 he's too talented not to. Mariota is a huge question mark as to whether he will translate. If he get's past Tampa I can see him winding up a Jet.
