OSU could have easily lost to Wisconsin.
So it worked out great.
You know how coaches like to schedule a record?
Now, if you are highly be ranked at the end, lose your last game on purpose if it helps you stay away from an extra tough game.

If Penn state wanted to be in, they shouldnt havr lost to Michigan 49-10. Period. That game is why they are out of the CFP
