By the end of his career he will be top 10 in yards and TDs.

Is Eli?

I think he will be in same company as Rivers as he passed Fouts for 11th in yards today.

I don't think, not yet.

He has a ton of stats in losing efforts, no? How many playoff games/championships has he won?

They don't really run much lately do they? Their division was kind of weak for many years too right?

Just have a lot of questions and a HOF to me shouldn't be fringe.. I like Rivers though, I'm not trying to hate. Just questioning it all.

I agree, but him passing Fouts in yards today makes you realize how the game has changed.

Neither Eli nor Rivers deserve to be in the Hall of Fame.

If anyone looks at Eli's and River's stats and then votes Eli in over Rivers they should have their vote immediately revoked.

No. He is not one of the best QBs of this generation.

He's never been first or second team all pro.

These threads are silly. The only QBs over 30 who should even sniff the HOF are manning, brady, Rodgers, and Brees.

Eli definitely should not be in the HoF, but I will not be surprised at all if he makes it because Super Bowls are a QB stat in a ot of people's eyes.

And 9 ints doesn't even put him in the top 10 for the year.

For ref. brees, e. manning, newton & roethlisberger (with about 200 less attempts) have as many or more ints.
