Is Nick Foles legit?

I haven't watched much of the eagles this season, so I'm curious. What's the MSB think of this 2nd year QB that currently leads the NFL in passer rating?
Like I said,I haven't seen much of the eagles, but still, his stats are pretty impressive. Perhaps he is benefiting a little bit from playing some of the weaker teams in the league?

also yes I'm aware he hasn't played as many games as most other QBs so his numbers could start to decline. but still, I think it warrants discussion

he's been legit for my fantasy team since I picked him up after Rodgers went down!

Washington and Oakland have shite defenses... Green Bay's D is meh.
Shady is a beast as well. Impressed with Foles but it doesn't hurt to have a great running game at your disposal.

definitely deserves to be starting next year.
He may not be a top echelon QB, but he's definitely at the andy dalton level.

He throws the best "underthrown into double coverage" passes I've seen. He's legit but not what his stats are showing. He will be a starter somewhere for a few year but I doubt he will ever sniff being great or elite.

He's legit in that he knows how to run Chip Kelly's offense really well. That's all you can ask of him.

Numbers sure don't lie. He is playing professional defenses, regardless of who.

Files looked solid last year as well. Definitely progressed this year. Think Eagles can have confidence that he's their chap going forward.

Foles has 22 career TD passes 5 INTs and a 97.6 QB rating
Kolb had 11 TD passes and 14 INTs and a 73.2 QB rating in his time in Philly
