You are correct. In 2003, if your team was averaging 42 ppg, you were rolling like Uo Oklahoma. Now, avg. 42 ppg is just average.

Every conference that is trying measure each others "d*ck" needs to pump the breaks. Every conference is down, and not that good. They all have 1-2 top tier teams, and this year the rest of the conferences as a whole are not that good this year
