Is Marty Schottenheimer a HOF coach?

I think he definitely should be in.
200 career victories (One of only seven men to have 200+ career victories, the six other coaches are either current HOFers or future HOF locks)
Has a career record 74 games above .500 (7th all-time, six coaches ahead of him are current or future HOFers)
13 playoff appearances (4th all-time)
8 division titles
Finished with double-digit win totals 11 times in 21 years as head coach
Only two losing seasons in 21 years as head coach
Made four consecutive appearances with the shitty Browns. Browns have made three playoff appearances total since Marty left.
Turned around a floundering Chiefs team that had made one playoff appearance in the previous 17 years before Marty. The Chiefs proceeded to make the playoffs seven times in ten years with Marty as their head coach.
When Marty arrived in San Diego, the Chargers had gone seven years without a winning season including a 1-15 season just two years earlier. Schottenheimer proceeded to build the Chargers into a powerhouse. The Chargers made the playoffs two times and had three winning seasons in five season under Schottenheimer. They went 14-2 his last year in San Diego before unceremoniously dumping him due to a strained relationship with GM A.J. Smith.

Nah he's basically Jim Mora with the 5 extra years as NFL head coach instead of USFL

Yes... One of the best.... Too bad he couldn't get ONE of those Browns teams in the SB... I truly believe they would have put up a better effort than the Broncos did in the times they went.....

I think 200 career victories is enough to get you in.
