Is Luke Kennard of Duke a 1st round NBA pick next year?

The sophomore is killing it, averaging 20 per and looks more like the All-American than Grayson Allen does.

If he plays like this the whole season then yea, could slip into the end of the 1st, even in a loaded draft.

He is playing lights out. Really carrying them. On the other hand, based off of what I've seen I wouldn't touch Marques Bolden if I'm a GM.

Bolden's weakness was already supposed to be his conditioning and effort, injury had to make those worse. Deep draft and not many minutes at center for him may force him to come back.

right now he reminds me of a Dakari Johnson type. A big body without any discernible skill.

I can see that, he's longer and more explosive than dakari but if he's immobile he won't last

Of course he looks better than Allen bc Allen is overrated. He's average but he's white and plays for Duke.

Allen is injured right now along with all of the freshman other than the PG.
Healthy they have the best roster in the country IMO (at least on paper).
