Angel Hernandez is by far the worst, and CB Bucknor is right behind him. I don't think I've ever watched a series in which Hernandez was the umpire that didn't involve him becoming the center of attention and being yelled at by at least one player or manager.

hernandez and bucknor are in a league of their own, when it comes to suck.
Cowboy Joe, just likes to make himself part of the game. His antics are what puts him in the suck category. Sometime during a game, he will need to get his attention and whore it up for the camera.
