What position is Trea Turner playing thee days?

eta:

Just looked it up and for whatever reason Turner is playing Centerfield because the Nats prefer to have Danny Espinosa who is hitting .212 on the season start at short. OK....... I mean, I guess it makes sense for him to play center since he might be the fastest guy in MLB, but thats not his natural position.

But if Turner played SS, id say his name would be in contention, and hopefully he gets to play it next year.

Era of the shortstops?

Seager, Bogaerts, Diaz, Story, Lindor, Correa are all really good young SS's.

Boy Russell has really justified that selection with a solid second half

My first instinct was to say no but after looking up his stats he's definitely had the best season offensively out of all shortstops. He leads all shortstops in WAR, OPS, Hits, Doubles, AVG, OBP, and SLG.

Probably. Lindor is right behind him. When Turner moves to SS, he'll be there too. Lot of young talent at SS

No, I still think Lindor's better. Lindor's defensive metrics are off the charts, he's a terrific baserunner and his offense is very good to boot.
