Is Chess a Sport?

Yes

It's a board game

In Chess Titans, I can whip Level 5 every game. BUT Level 6 is MUCH more difficult and I rarely win a game on Level 6.

What's the secret to beating Level 6. If I can't beat Level 6 then I might as well get back to work and that's the last thing I want to do.

I would say no but then again some people consider things like League of Legends a sport

it's as much a sport as nascar

That simply isn't true. Hand eye coordination, sweat, muscles all get strained during NASCAR. I'm no fan of driving, but it's much more athletic than moving pieces on a board.

And I still think chess is a worthy topic on msb

Chess is a sport for the thinking man who values both brawn AND brains, but, it's not dangerous like Scanners.
