Not gonna lie. I wish they'd replace Shaq so badly. Chris Webber either needs to be on the set or calling the biggest games. I feel like he does a little of everything (including on NBATV), and he is not used as well as he could be.

Never understood why people thought Shaq would be good on TV.
No need for a fourth person. Magic and Shaq haven't helped much. Webber has been the decent one.

I'm with everyone else. As much as I love Shaq, he really detracts from the show. He was extremely annoying when they were trying to have a discussion on the whole hack-a-____ discussion a few nights ago.

I think webber is a little too serious for that set. I like him in the role he's in, he's always on somewhere and he's pretty good both in the studio and doing games but not great at either IMO.

This is my main issue with Shaq. He won't take a hint from Ernie to shut up. Ernie's job is basically to know when to kill a joke, and he does a great job of letting the jokes go on. But Shaq's butthurt will not allow him to listen to Ernie's subtle requests to stop.

Charles and Kenny bring comedy just through their natural banter. Shaq tries too hard to be funny and forces the conversation.

Meh, Shaq is a net zero to the show IMO. He has a good back and forth with Barkley, which I enjoy. He's below average otherwise. I don't think he helps or hurts the show.

Shaq brings out the best in Chuck plus Shaqtin a fool is one of the best things they do. Its not like they are pretending to be grantland. It's basically a basketball comedy show and Shaq is good at that.

I see Shaq as a "life of the party" type of person, but it just doesn't show through on TV. The voice, the presence just aren't there for him on the set.
