maybe coming back from 3-1 in the finals is historic, game was tight but maybe 30 points scored in 4th by both teams? meh

It just happened in the WCF and yes it's the first time in the finals but Jebus it's not the first time in playoff history.

Yeah maybe cause it's the first time in the finals but other than that why was it historic? James play may have been historic but that's another thread

Guess I'm a pea-brain. Could probably enjoy a little if Bron-Bron was not involved.

this is why LeBron gets hate. people that he has never met and never will spew ridiculous shite like this.

LeBron is hated more for the people who love him so much than he is for his actual actions

Exactly. His fans are atrocious.

I personally don't have a problem with Alabama and can acknowledge how great that program is, but the fans I know and work with make me root against them every chance I get.

I just like the win for Lebron. Sucks the douche owner and his bow tie-wearing son got a ring.

not looking for anything. I was able to enjoy the game for what is was. I don't need to call a good game, not special, historic just to jump in the lemmings mindset of how wonderful it all was.

Again, it was a good game, decent series (not really but it went 7 with some great individual performances) but it was far from historic or even a great series.

Just pointing out this bs hyperbole. Is that ok with you?

ETA: Happy for the ppl of Cleveland and LeBron. But let's not act like this made the NBA 10x better or something. It's still basketball and still the same NBA

The decision will always be the reason for the hate.

What people don't realize is that entire thing was orchestrated by ESPN just like how they make highschool players announce football commitments at the under armour game.

Meh, maybe but I think most ppl moved on from that.

I don't hate him. But I don't root for him either. Why? For me, it's the over-media saturation, the googly eyed fans who are scary in reality and just his passive aggressive social media type persona. Not my type of person, or who he portrays in ways is not my kinda guy. Two of those things though he really has no control over.

But I can easily admit that he is a great player, has been and will be for awhile it seems and I respect him for the things he has done.

But the stuff that is around him, some not of his own doing, really gives me the creeps sometimes

Well that's contradictory.

What's ridiculous about that statement?
