The only reason I made the 2006 Sugar Bowl was because of this scenario. We had already bough our flights to LA, non refundable. There was a snowstorm in Denver that week that cancelled our trip. We weren't even going to make it. My dad was refunded his money, we drove to New Orleans, and proceeded to watch LSU destroy Notre Dame as a 16 year old LSUShock fought off puking all the Hurricanes I drank pregame.

I'd like to take the top 20 teams at the end of each year and put their names on a ball and have a lottery for 10 games the next year. Pull out two balls. Match up for a game the next year. If two teams already are scheduled to play each other. Put them back in and pull another two balls until you get matchups.
