The League played most of its history with the damn rule & most receivers weren't getting leveled. I don't think Charles Johnson, Andre Johnson, Bryant, Fitzgerald ,etc.... will be getting 'leveled' by anyone.
There's an art to the Bump & Run & if you are just whiffing at receivers trying to 'level' them you will get burned consistently.
Sickening to seee receivers running free & people actually impressed with the numbers they ( and QB s) are putting up

I don't think it's necessary to need more than 5 men on the line of scrimmage.

I don't mind protecting the QBs. It was getting ridiculous in the 90s when all the best QBs were getting concussions every week

You should be allowed to celebrate. If your celebration takes too long, there's already a penalty for that. It's called "delay of game".

Roughing/Running into the kicker

-Targeting/blow to the head/helmet to helmet
-Running in to the kicker/Punter
-Illegal contact
-Hands to the face
-Horse Collar(the most ridiculous penalty ever(had Roy Williams injured Todd Pinkston instead of TO the thing never exist)
-Adjust intentional grounding back to the 80's. Meaning can't throw ball out of bounds just because you're outside the pocket. If the throw isn't near a receiver its intentional grounding.
-No restrictions on how you can lineup for a kickoff.
- Any and all celebrating is allowed as long as its not super blatant and direct taunting

I'd take away the offsetting penalty rule. If someone gets a personal foul, it should not be negated by a 5 yard illegal shift.
